John B. Peterson, MS, PE
PRINCIPAL / FOUNDER
John Peterson is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in the states of Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Oklahoma, and Texas. He obtained his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering graduating magna cum laude from Kansas State University in 2001. He has over 20 years of structural design and forensic experience and enjoys the unique challenges presented by each. He is a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs and is known for his ability to provide unique, sound, and efficient analysis and solutions to complex issues. He continues to educate clients and colleagues about industry-related topics through various avenues.
J.R. Whipple, PE, SE, MLSE
PRINCIPAL / FOUNDER
James R. (J.R.) Whipple is a licensed engineer (PE & SE) in the states of Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Utah. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering graduating (magna cum laude) from Arizona State University in 2005. He has over 15 years of structural design and forensic experience and revels in the challenges each specialty presents. He began his life and career in Arizona and transplanted his family to Colorado in 2008. His affection for the "dry heat" was quickly overcome by a love of the snow-capped mountains, fresh lakes, rivers, and opportunities in Colorado. He is well known amongst colleagues and clients for his desire to exceed expectations and work with his clients' timeframes, budgets, and goals.

Andrew Seidman, PE
SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Andrew Seidman is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in the states of Colorado, Wyoming, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Delaware in 2012. He has over 8 years of structural design, and forensic engineering experience and delights in the unique opportunities they present. As an accomplished athlete, he's completed the Boston Marathon, New York City Marathon and three half Ironman triathlons. He and his wife felt that Colorado was a perfect fit for their active lifestyle and moved here from Long Island, NY in 2018. He is known by colleagues and clients for his timeliness, dependability, and sound recommendations.
Ron Goff, PE
SENIOR FORENSIC ENGINEER
Ron Goff is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in the states of Colorado, Texas, Utah and 26 other states nationwide. He is a graduate of the University of Wyoming and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis. He brings over 10 years of investigative experience, particularly with construction defect and litigation work, as well as extensive experience with design and planning of residential and commercial projects. When not focused on engineering, Ron enjoys downhill skiing and taking advantage of all that the outdoors of Colorado has to offer. He enjoys playing guitar, building Legos with his children, and is a voracious reader. He is known by colleagues and clients for his project management, communication, and writing skills.
Trevor Greenberg, PE
Trevor Greenberg is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in the states of Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, Utah and 9 other states nationwide. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas-Austin in 2016. Trevor brings over 6 years of experience evaluating buildings, structural systems, and welcomes variety and collaboration with clients. Outside of engineering, Trevor enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, and cheering on his UT Longhorns. He is known by colleagues and clients for his reliability, preparedness, and professional advisement.
Jeremy Montoya, PE
Jeremy Montoya is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in Colorado and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University in 2016. Jeremy brings over 7 years of experience in building structural criteria and standards, preparing engineering designs, and involvement in a variety of team dynamics and successful coordination with clients. A native of Colorado, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family as well as spelunking and rock climbing to name a few. He is known by colleagues and clients for his thoroughness, collaboration, and skillful judgement.
Glynnis Goldstein is a business support professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Engineering, Insurance, and IT industries. She obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia in 2008. Glynnis has over 20 years of experience supporting people, processes, and delivering client service. She moved her family from Georgia to Colorado in 2019 to enjoy the outdoors and experience all the seasons. She is known by colleagues and clients for her adaptability, communication, and organization.
